The 12th Annual Original Redondo Beach Lobster Festival returns in September. The festival is known for their featured fresh Maine lobsters flown in nightly from the crisp Atlantic ocean, cooked to mouth-watering perfection by Bristol Farms in the World’s Largest Lobster Steamer. But there is much more to the festival than the best lobster on the west coast.

Visitors can also take in the International Food Court, Artisan Exhibits, a Kids Area and Stage, as well as many rides and games. The three day festival also features some excellent live musical entertainment.
Creature Feature
3-day festival scheduled for September 21st thru 23rd
Featured entertainers include James Intveld, Big Sandy and his fli-rite boys, Hush, and the Surf City Allstars.
The event is held in Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach, at the corner of Harbor Drive and Beryl Street. General admission is $10, but the festival also offers "Lobster Packages" that include a lobster dinner and t-shirt. Kids under 12 get in free.
