AVer Information Inc. USA, the award-winning provider of education technology and video collaboration solutions, is extending its industry-leading AVerCare warranty from three to five years on all new “V2” model Pro AV cameras and the MT300N NDI Matrix Tracking Box.
The first year of the warranty will continue to offer 24-hour replacement of equipment to minimize downtime with AVer professional-grade products. AVer will continue to honor the existing three-year AVerCare warranty and 24-hour replacement in the first year for the remaining Pro AV cameras. Customers of those products covered with three years will also have the option of purchasing an extended two-year warranty.
