Role Summary:
The Channel Studio produces print and web deliverables for third-party resellers of our client’s products around the world. The Studio Project Manager supports the Channel Studio team by organizing projects, assigning work, tracking studio deliverables, preparing for reviews, maintaining efficient operations, and ensuring that the standards of quality, service and productivity are met.
You will be working onsite with us at the world’s largest tech company.
Responsibilities
- Support studio management and production teams throughout the production phase
- Create schedules and assign projects
- Manage various stages of the production workflow
- Track status of deliverables throughout multiple projects and processes
- Organize and prepare for stakeholder reviews
- Manage the database to accurately track all projects
- Assist in maintaining strict server structure
- Manage mechanical templates, keeping them current in the database
- Support the collection and release of final files and overviews to our worldwide partners
- Coordinate various areas of support for the production team during busy periods, including ordering meals, supplies, and equipment
Qualifications
- Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to understand and interpret complex processes and shifting priorities
- Experience in database/project management systems
- Trustworthy in a confidential environment
- Proficient Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat
- Working knowledge of in Mac OS and native apps a plus: Keynote, Pages, Numbers, iCal
- Adaptable to frequent change; works well under pressure
- Flexible during high-volume periods (some longer hours)
- Collaborative “team-player”
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus: Word and Excel
