At IBC 2018, stand O.E02 and 8.D74, Broadcast Solutions, one of Europe’s biggest system integrators, will display its full system integration portfolio and new product developments, highlighting the company’ s vision of the future broadcast and media industry.
As a tradition, the company occupies the largest outdoor stand (O.E02) of the show, which will be the major networking point for all visitors interested in future-proof technologies and solutions for broadcast and media environments.
One example of the company’s expertise and abilities, a 16 camera HDR/UHD OB Van and built for Polish broadcasting company Ekstraklasa Livepark will be on-site. Together with the Broadcast Solutions engineers visitors also have a chance to discuss the latest trends and technologies in the broadcasting industry. With project examples – finalised or currently under construction – the team will show real and innovative solutions the Broadcast Solutions customers benefit from, allowing them to stay ahead of the competition.
The newly founded subsidiary, Robycam Germany, will premiere a new Robycam cable camera system – Robycam Compact. The system will be flying over the visitors and showing augmented reality integration as well as hi-speed camera support.
On the indoor stand (Hall 8 D74) Broadcast Solutions is presenting its answer to today’s and future challenges in managing media infrastructures. Based on more than 20 years’ experience in system design Broadcast Solutions has developed a new product called hi – an intuitive and easy-to-use control layer for media appliances. Using the latest auto-discovery and zero-config technologies, hi reduces the setup and configuration time of broadcast and media systems dramatically via a user-friendly interface that provides easy control and monitoring of complex infrastructures. Broadcast Solutions’ hi makes the configuration process in broadcast and media environments smart and easy, detects new devices automatically and protects the user from false-configurations.
