Position: Video Production Engineer 2/3

Responsibilities:
• Develop new innovative production processing techniques and adapt existing techniques
• Developing results in MS office software applications, specialty computer graphics and video related software applications.
• Research, evaluate, and determine the best fit of tools and techniques
• Collaborate with external teams for process, data, and system understanding
• Collaborate with customers to determine the nature of acoustic problems, evaluate options, and offer recommendations for solutions
• Communicate project status and technical findings to various levels of leadership
This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on the qualifications listed below.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
This position may be filled at a level 2 or level 3.
• Basic Qualifications for a level 2 are: Bachelor’s Degree in video production, communications, cinema-television, or related field and 3 years of experience in the related fields of video production, communications, cinema-television
• Basic Qualifications for a level 3 are: Bachelor’s Degree in video production, communications, cinema-television, or related field and 6 years of experience in the related fields of video production, communications, cinema-television
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition
• Experience in principles and practices of video production technology and applications
• Experience in branded computer graphics and special effects
• Experience in video quality standards, camera shooting, cinematography, analog, and video principles
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
• Development and reporting of analytic results in the form of technical papers and products
• Experience of video deception techniques
• Familiarity with video production equipment, tools, and techniques, from recording to editing and encoding
• Experience in machine learning
• Ability to apply machine learning techniques to image and video data for triage and search (e. g., object recognition).
