Looking for a highly motivated Assistant Editor to work on a fast-paced reality show for Animal Planet for a San Rafael based production company.

Candidate must be able to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines and changing goals. Qualified candidates must have Avid Media Composer experience and be ready on day one to digitize/import large amounts of media along with organizing and grouping clips, audio syncing, as well as support the production for all asset management.

Other duties include but not limited to: transcoding footage, logging footage, create screeners for transcription/producers, string-outs, rough cut/fine cut exports, and editorial assistance as needed. Looking to fill position right away!
