Designer

We are looking for a Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a generalist with skills and experience in Visual, UI, and UX design. This person will not only participate in the creation of new products and improvement of existing products, but will also set the standards for Intapp’s user interaction design across our expanding product portfolio. The preferred candidate must understand the principles of reaching human beings through design and making software delightful, intuitive, and visually stunning. A design portfolio is required in order to be considered.

Role responsibilities:

• Work with product management and development teams to take high-level requirements and develop into wireframes and then high-fidelity mockups optimized for a range of devices and interfaces.
• Drive end-to-end interaction design, collaborating with development in the design of the information architecture and defining how the user navigates and interacts with the product.
• Define and maintain UI/UX standards that ensure uniformity across Intapp’s products.
• Design product logos, icons, badges and other artwork for products; develop product brand for web and mobile platforms.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of design experience, preferably designing solutions for enterprise applications.
• Strong portfolio featuring examples of designs you built demonstrating aesthetic and understanding of usability principles.
• Ability to communicate the logic of design changes and philosophy to stakeholders, and fight for the right design.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Team player, willing to help and share knowledge with team members, open to feedback and constructive criticism.
• Expertise in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision.
• Strong preference for candidates with a degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, and other related fields.
