About the Job

We are hiring an Executive Producer (Streaming/OTT) at our NBC affiliate in West Palm beach, FL.

This individual has overall responsibility for Streaming/OTT, newscasts or local programs, including oversight on story selection, content, and production, ensuring that the station is competitive within the market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Responsible for managing newscasts or local program content across multiple platforms.
Oversee and edit the writing of content.
Develop and supervise effective workflow strategies and procedures for multiple programs.
Provide regular feedback on newscast with staff, both as a team and individually.
Supervise pre-production to ensure quality and ethical standards and coordination between control Room and design staff.
Work with digital content producers and developers.
Work in conjunction with news management to coordinate the daily news operations for websites and other digital platforms.
Monitor analytics to assess user experience and engagement.
Work with news management to set up processes and systems for the migration of multi-media content to new media platforms, including video, audio, still photos and graphics.
In the event of a hurricane in the area, stay on-site at the station to support the news organization.
Perform other duties as needed and directed.
