Video Editor / Video Colorist / Videographer

As a Video Editor/ Video Colorist / Videographer you will
- Perform editing, color correcting, color grading, motion graphics, and other functions of post-production
- Shoot and edit social media and other online videos to specifications, as assigned
- Assist in transport, set up, and operation of various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production
- Assist the Producer and Director as needed on set and in the field
- Operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment
- Manage logs
- Sort and archive footage as well as maintain a digital video media library
- Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates will
- Have 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor / Colorist
- Possess technical knowledge of video and studio equipment
- Have knowledge and experience with video editing software such as FCP, Adobe Premiere, and other CC applications
- Have extensive knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Color correcting software
- Possess knowledge of DSLR cameras and RED experience
- Show competency with basic audio/microphones and lighting principles
- Have the ability to handle, lift and store various equipment used in the Video department
- Be highly organized and able to multitask
- Possess the ability to take creative direction both independently or as a team member
- Be able to troubleshoot, and be able to work unsupervised.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Be an excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
