About the Job

We seek a Video Production Specialist to join our in-house creative team, full-time, onsite (hybrid) at our Eagan, Minnesota production studio. This role will work with learning experience designers and SMEs from conception to design and production. They will execute a broad range of creative assets, including video, motion graphics, and audio. These assets will demonstrate skills, illustrate concepts, and communicate important messages that drive performance and support change initiatives. The role requires an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling with the ability to uphold the brand guidelines while managing time well and working under strict deadlines.

Must be able to submit a link to a robust video work portfolio (YouTube, Vimeo, DVD formats accepted).
4 years of experience operating audio-visual equipment, video production, editing, sound, and lighting required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., filmmaking, AV Production, etc.) preferred.
