Busy Corporate Communications Company looking for energetic, positive, team-player to fill associate producer position. Experience in production is a must. Must be dedicated, customer-service oriented, and a multi-tasker, and have a positive ”can-do” attitude. AP’s assist and work closely with Executive Producers and Producers with various duties, such as pulling together elements for their events in both the pre-production phase as well as on-site.

Background in live events is preferred but not required. AP’s are involved in the creative process – development of videos, working closely with clients, researching talent for events, concepts, motivational speakers, etc. Great opportunity to learn all aspects of the event production business.

Strong growth potential in expanding environment for the right candidate. Must be comfortable commuting to Port Washington, NY. Must be willing and able to travel.
