The Role:
Website production – updating and maintaining, minor web development on DotNetNuke CMS

Website management

Website project manager

Digital marketing

Website project management

Website lead-gen campaign management

Website operations (ops)

Website marketing automation

The Impact:
This person will maintain current NADA B2B website ( www.nada.com/B2B/ ) and web-based lead forms based on various requests and needs of the Company. This person will also work with existing web/digital team members on day-to-day web-related business needs of J.D. Power B2B and B2C website. This person will also work with a larger team to migrate content management systems.

Responsibilities (essential functions):
Day-to-day activities of assigned website marketing initiatives, which include the NADA B2B website, updating and maintaining its’ content, overall aesthetic, navigation flow, campaign landing pages and product campaign assets through the website’s CMS (content management system – currently DotNetNuke “DNN”).

Oversee the overall design, content, navigation, and promotion of the NADA Used Car Guide B2B website.

Update the NADA Used Car Guide B2B website to be consistent with the Company’s brand and marketing strategies, as well as update campaign collateral, content marketing initiatives and client messaging

Oversee the daily functions of the marketing automation tool for e-mail distributions, multi-step campaign initiatives and the segmentation of subscription lists

Monitor website analytics (using Google Analytics) and measure website behavioral patterns. Monitor any web analytics discrepancies and work closely with department team members to test and resolve issues

Work with business analyst to prepare monthly web and campaign reporting and translate website behavioral patterns into actionable recommendations for senior management review

Develop digital and e-commerce element of annual marketing plan, including redesigns, product page and landing page updates, implementation schedules and processes

Responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of navigation, online advertising and promotions for continued growth of UCG segments and brand

Play a key role in all e-commerce, digital production, online customer acquisition and online customer retention efforts

Marketing automation platforms – e.g., Eloqua

Non-Essential Functions:
Work closely with ad agencies and vendors, as well as partners for continuous management of digital content, website look/navigation, and lead generation.

Use research and knowledge of target market to develop new creative/messaging/offer/positioning for NADA Used Car Guide digital campaigns and website.

Represent brand at annual trade shows and engage in client-facing initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 2+ years related work experience.

Business-to-business marketing experience preferred.

Collaborative and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively work with cross-functional groups.

Strong background working within website content management systems, especially DotNetNuke, Drupal 7.X, databases, digital marketing tools, core web tools, web hosting companies, website production of one-to many websites.

Experience in CMS migration and project management of CMS migration preferred.

Experience with marketing automation tools; able to manage multi-step campaigns, landing pages and e-mail assets.

Excellent analytical and e-commerce methodology skills, with the ability to translate website behavioral patterns into actionable recommendations.

Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Site Catalyst preferred.

Proficiency in Word, Excel PowerPoint and HTML tools -e.g., Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop are necessary.

Excellent HTML & CSS experience is preferred.

Experience in the automotive industry desired.

Travel may be required.
