About the job
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic full-time Studio Manager to help maintain the operations of the studio and to assist the Executive Producer, Creative Director, and Producers at our New York office.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) administrative tasks and managing general office needs, in addition to providing production support, coordination, and organization.
The Studio Manager will need to be comfortable with quick turnarounds and juggling priorities while maintaining a professional, friendly, courteous demeanor. This full-time position offers a great amount of exposure to a creative production studio, as well as the opportunity to be part of a welcoming and friendly artistic work environment.

Qualifications and requirements:
– College graduate with at least one year of relevant work experience
– Must be a self-starter, organized, and detail oriented
– Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a team setting
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
– Willingness to go the extra mile and take pride in your work no matter the task
– Proficiency with Macs, Microsoft Office and Google apps, along with a good financial aptitude
– Interest or experience in design/animation is a plus
