Data Entry / Processing Clerk

Summary

Online Decor and Home furnishing company located in Fremont, CA is looking for a stable detail-oriented individual to serve as our ‘Data Entry / Processing Clerk’. College education is required, must be proficient in Microsoft Office and some experience in Adobe Photoshop. Must be comfortable working independently, adaptable to new situations, work well with others and be able to help solve problems in the workplace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including but not limited to:

• Data Entry and Data processing
• Order processing with Warehouse staff.
• Managing Sales channels
• Inventory management
• Phone calls
• Task handling through email

Skills/ Knowledge Required :

• Detail Oriented & organized
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Spreadsheets, reports, etc.)
• Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Multitask
• 60-70 WPM

Not Required but Beneficial :

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Graphic Design
• Spanish fluent

Experience/ Education Required:

• College educated
• 1-2 Years Office Administration

Must Be Local or Within distance of Office Site
