Superbook – Virginia Beach, VA

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Media Technician assist our Media Specialist in gathering all assets for new projects and making ready for DVD authoring.

Who You Are

As a Media Technician, you will be supporting Superbook with all of the different aspects for DVD authoring projects, including subtitling, close-captioning, transcripts, audio files, video files, and more. We’re looking for someone who’s tech-savvy and willing to learn new programs.

You’re Great At

• Computer programs with the ability to learn new software and programs
• Excellent English grammar and spelling
• Video and audio production and post-production practices and procedures, video and audio editing, and timecode based synchronization a plus
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in client relations
• Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team, show initiative, and think creatively with attention to detail
• Available to work extended or multiple shifts, including scheduled and unscheduled overtime
• Spanish language skills preferred
