You will work alongside Experience Designers and Account Managers to bring marketing strategies to life by expanding our custom campaign management tool using HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with our Experience Designers to bring to life campaigns for our ecommerce clients using our internal campaign manager along with writing HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Ensure quality of each unique campaign and design and help contribute to new functionality.
• Use our internal campaign management tool while also constantly looking for ways to improve the UI/UX of our own proprietary software.
• Manage the overall experience of Exit Intelligence technology on the client’s site, taking into consideration the user journey on the client’s site through conversion funnel.
• Test your work to ensure quality and iterate to improve results.
• Help drive new product development through design and collaboration with our Product Manager.
• Assist Marketing and Sales on technical issues and work directly with Account Managers to help solve unique client setups.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and vanilla JavaScript.
• Comfortable in Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledgeable in UI/UX practices and trends, compassion for the user
• Able to think analytically to solve usability challenges with simple to understand solves
• Strong eye for design needed to match finished product to designs produced by Experience Designers
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, high achieving environment whilst tracking multiple ongoing projects
• Strong attention to detail is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
