Job title: Post Production Editor

Summary of duties:

Post Production Editor is responsible for producing and editing content for various shows under the YouTube channel Brave Wilderness , which operates under Wilderness Productions LLC. This position is additionally responsible for content management and collaboration with our Social Media Strategist in creating videos for Brave Wilderness social media platforms. Position reports directly to Senior Editor.

Responsibilities:

• Ingest, organize, build projects and edit video content in Adobe Premiere
• Produce stories in collaboration with producers and show hosts
• Export videos for social media channels
• Build basic graphics into videos for social media platforms using Adobe After Effects
• Organization and delivery of video content to clients and partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Videography, Film
• Efficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop
• 1-3 years of experience editing videos part or full time
• Mac efficient
• Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible on work hours
• Creativity in creating engaging videos
• Bonus: ability to run a sony or canon video camera
• Bonus: desire to direct and produce shows

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
