Billing / Log Reconciliation Specialist

Job Requirements

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task successfully and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Ability to create and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

3 years related billing, accounts receivables, and customer service experience required.

Solid organizational skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree in Accounting preferred.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles, procedures and business math.

Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours as needed. The Monday – Friday 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm shift is preferred in this role.

Television Broadcasting experience a big plus.
