PHOTOGRAPHY INTERN

IRYE is seeking a talented and motivated photography intern. This position is an amazing opportunity for a student or novice photography to earn real-world experience. The intern will also have the opportunity to shoot on location at Campaign shoots and events in and around Dallas, TX offering a wide range of projects to showcase his or her best work.
An interest in fashion photography is preferred. Responsibilities include photographing fashion models and lifestyle shoots at least once a week for a few hours. Experience using editing software is preferred. Must have your own equipment for professional shoot. Must have portfolio or examples of previous work.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day Photo needs
• Retouching Photos
• Assist in building Social Media Platforms
• Editing and Organizing photos after shoots
• Creating original images for IRYE website, social media channels and blog with guidance from the Creative Director to complement sales and marketing strategies
• Attending IRYE events to take photos
• Coordinating with other team members to maintain and monitor monthly content calendar
• Brainstorming creative ways to connect with the IRYE audience through photography/videography
• All other duties as assigned
• Ability to edit and post Videos on Social Sites

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with a “can-do” attitude
• Experience in photography a must
• Not afraid of tight deadlines and multi-tasking
• Organized and detail oriented
• Strong understanding of brand image
• Experience with Photoshop, Indesign a plus
• Graphic design, social media and marketing experience a major plus
• Photography, PR, journalism, marketing, communications, graphic design majors encouraged to apply
• Available 15- 20 hours per week
