The National Sales Coordinator will assist The National Sales Manager in all administrative duties and serve as the key station contact for all national transactions.
Primary Functions:
Knowing what information is needed to complete and order entry and when to follow up with AE on open items.
Renewing order entries for accuracy and making corrections where necessary.
Requirements:
Detail oriented, Strong organizational skills, Experience in Customer Service, Excellent verbal and written communications skills,,strong multi-tasker.
PLUS: Previous advertising/media experience, Knowledge of Wide Orbit, Media Ocean, Matrix and Neilsen, Basic understanding of Spanish.
