Video Content Project Manager

As the Video Content Project Manager at Axe, you will work to increase revenue through measurably effective and efficient use of time and resources. You’re going to help execute our ambitious video content, plus bring new ideas to the table.

You’ll be ultimately responsible for managing and driving the visual content for the No. 1 fastest growing company in Tennessee and 2nd-ranked natural health website in the world.

What you’ll be doing

You will be project managing all aspects of video, photography and recipe content creation from concept to launch. This will require you to work with videographers, photographers, video editors, recipe directors and creators, and graphic designers to ensure all timelines will be met while maintaining the highest standards in the industry.

Nothing falls through the cracks, while you maintain an eye for design and design that stays on brand. While you’ll be driving web content across the visual spectrum, you will focus primarily on driving fitness and recipe-related content. This positions allows you to flex your left brain and right brain daily, because this is just the person that you are.

• You’ll work closely with the VP of Content, certain editors, recipe director and creator, videographer and video editor, as well as the “talent” to make sure each video is 1) properly executed and 2) is part of a realistic shooting schedule.
• You’ll coordinate and manage video production across the entire company: video/shot calendar, on-set props, video and lighting equipment, videographers calendars, schedule and coordinate shoot locations and times and coordinate with Dr. Axe’s (and other guest experts) calendars.
• You’ll coordinate and manage all photoshoots across the entire company
• You’ll ensure all video/photo shoots run smoothly and are well-managed
• You’ll focus on driving fitness and recipe-related content
• You’ll ensure all props (creative props for educational videos, product samples for promo videos, foods for recipe videos, etc.) are planned for, purchased and ready for every video shoot.
• You’ll organize and prep notes for Dr. Axe: Work with Dr. Axe to decide on topics and prep notes before of each video shoot.
• You’ll forecast timelines and project delivery dates across all projects
• You’ll work with agencies, internal team and leadership to manage expectations during project builds.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of video or digital or content project management experience
• Demonstrated successful experience driving web-based content
• Experience managing many moving pieces, calendars and timelines with precision and extreme organization.
• Experience balancing speed with quality in the work you produce
