(NY): Established production company is still seeking a Sr. Associate Producer for am upcoming film on anti-Semitism. Job is open now.

The candidate must have a background related to journalism and some familiarity with the subject matter.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in most (not necessarily all) of these areas:

Global research and casting of interview subjects and locations
Global crew/travel/shoot preparation
Have a very, very strong understanding of politics, global events, Europe, Israel, the Middle East and Jewish history.
A valid US passport, a drivers license and a lot of courage.
Archive Research for still, photos and music.
Solid knowledge of pre-pro, production and post production
The ability to DIT if needed
Willingness to work far too many hours with a smile
Job is based in NYC (Not LA! **Do not apply from LA!** This one goes to 11!). The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for images and know where in the world to find them. Research materials will come from the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You should have a strong work ethic (i.e. you always arrive early and stay late without being asked, and don’t have a lot of friends whose weddings you need to go to), 3+ years experience.
