Pro-Audio & DJ Online Retailer seeks eCommerce Assistant Coordinator

A high-end Pro Audio/DJ/Lighting retailer which sells cutting edge products across the globe is seeking an eCommerce marketplace assistant coordinator to integrate with current staff and share the workload across the team.

Job Description:

• Maintain & expand online sales channels including eBay, Amazon, Magento, Reverb, Walmart.com & new platforms as they become available though our CLoud based software system
• Maintain inventory between brick & mortar location and online sales channels
• Create e-mail marketing, banner ads, social media ads, and promotions for site and customer interaction
• Compound images in photoshop and prepare web listings and bundles.
• Handle customer service e-mails for shipping/tracking/general questions & order information

Qualifications:

• Ability to navigate eCommerce platforms including Magento, eBay, Amazon, and others
• Basic Photo Shop Experience used for compounding images
• Experience with CMS such as Channel Advisor or similar a plus
• Knowledge of musical equipment a plus

• Candidate should be driven and ready to work in a fast paced environment. Our growing company is poised for great success in the next 12-18 months and built on the backbone of our 30+ year old Brick and Mortar store.
• Position requires the ability to multi task and adjust to quickly changing landscape of pricing and listing requirements by different vendors.
