The world leader in aerial filmmaking tools and creative/industrial drone technology, is now expanding the video production team and is seeking a talented Assistant Editor/Online Editor to handle post-production work on a variety of projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Prep project files and timelines with proper bins, folder structures, and assets.
• Pull quality selects from proxy footage- having a great eye for good composition is a must.
• Assist in proxy workflow including syncing sound.
• Assist in conforming offline edits for finishing including flattening timelines and outputting finishing files.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality of style and content.
• Support the planning and execution of original video productions.
• Assist in conforming final color and sound for online edit.
• Quality control of final outputs.
• Assist in uploading final deliverables to online platforms.

Requirements

• Degree in film or media-related field, or at least 2 years of experience, ideally at a post-production house.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or other relevant software.
• Basic knowledge of color correction process and implementation.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, creative environment and across teams within the company.
• Can take constructive feedback from producers, directors, and top management.
• Excellent eye for detail. Can spot flash frames, frame drops, and etc.
