Position: Assistant Professor – Digital Video and Cinema Production

SMAD seeks a student-oriented colleague to teach introductory through advanced production courses in the Digital Video and Cinema (DVC) concentration. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in fiction, non-fiction and/or commercial production as well as prior teaching experience. The ability to teach film studies courses is a plus. All SMAD faculty are actively engaged in teaching, service, and research or creative activities.
Minimum Qualifications
An MFA or Ph.D. is required for a tenure-track appointment; ABD applicants with the degree near completion will be considered. A masterâ??s degree is required for a renewable-term appointment.
