Audio Engineer

Kingsland Baptist Church is expanding to a second campus in the fall of 2017 to move forward with our vision of reaching 10,000 homes with the good news of Jesus Christ. Our Multi-site Media Coordinator will be an important part of that vision. At Kingsland we strive for a professional, polished look and sound that invites all people to experience true fulfillment in Jesus Christ. To continue this trend at our new campus we’re essentially looking for a media guru. This person will be proficient in audio, video and lighting with ample experience running FOH audio for a band. They will also be a supreme troubleshooter and problem solver. If technical problems can happen, they will happen.

This person will be responsible for coordinating our second campus media needs and preparing for for our weekend worship. They’ll lead a volunteer team to assist with setup/teardown and running our Sunday morning worship service. During the service they will be primarily serving as our audio engineer.Audio

Here is a picture of our ideal candidate:

-Has a heart for ministry and serving in the Church

-3+ years running FOH audio in a church setting

-Proficient in the setup, operation and teardown of an AVL (audio, video, lighting) system

-Strong leadership skills

-Problem solver

-Experience with Midas and Yamaha digital audio consoles

-Experience with Jands Vista lighting consoles

-Experience with Pro Presenter, Adobe Creative Cloud software, Blackmagic video gear (ATEM switchers)
