– Sets up and maintains accurate book data records in department database.
– Provides quality assurance; checks print and digital projects at various stages (book content and marketing materials).
– Creates PDFs for digital warehouse.
– Trafficks materials and provides general departmental support.
– Comfortable using Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
– Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
– Ability to excel in a fast-paced/high pressure environment
– Ability to work independently
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Some knowledge of copy editing and proofreading, including marks
– InDesign and/or Acrobat experience a plus
– College degree or equivalent work experience
