BTC Studios, the first full-service advertising agency targeted specifically toward the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries, is seeking an experienced and well-connected creative director to lead and oversee creative efforts. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the BTC Studios team and external partners to brainstorm, craft and circulate innovative and creative visual content and marketing campaigns
Develop a multifaceted creative team and build out a strong network of creative resources to execute on large-scale marketing campaigns
Recruit top influencers from the finance, technology and blockchain worlds to participate in marketing campaigns
Advise internal product, editorial and communications teams on effective strategies to generate press and online engagement
Brainstorm themes, tactics and messengers for campaigns around progressive issues and ideals
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices for digital advertising and creative content
Work sometimes long, irregular hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, dynamic environment — and enjoy the satisfaction of making a difference
Requirements:
7 to 11 years of relevant work experience
Extensive network of talent agencies, influencers and partner organizations and experience managing them
Experience managing, delivering and adhering to creative briefs
Experience crafting and producing visual content with both print and digital media
Ability to present creative concepts to clients in an engaging way
Expertise in video production for digital channels
Exceptional creativity and dedication to innovation
High comfort level with managing an in-house team or group of consultants
Strong knowledge of the digital media industry
Interest in and curiosity about decentralized technology, Bitcoin and other disruptive technologies
