We are looking for a hands-on Digital Content and Brand Specia list who can help us implement a comprehensive multi-channel plan including the development and implementation of content on websites, in email, landing pages, and display campaigns. New online avenues including all social media platforms, mobile, and digital media/video as well. Specialist will assess content effectiveness, and drive alignment between online campaigns, user experiences, and KPIs.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
- Create media for campaigns and digital initiatives that directly impact traffic to FreshThyme.com, mobile app, social properties and advertising (owned and paid content).
- Help to lead creative development and management for online media
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Review web, mobile and social medial analytics daily, weekly and monthly to optimize platform growth
- Ability to adjust content strategy accordingly and learn new concepts quickly.
- You are self-motivated, highly organized, prepared, and deadline driven.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a design discipline required.
- 2 years’ experience required in Web based content development and digital communications; imaging social media presence for large organizations; display ads and media formats (including rich media and video).
- Experience building for Email marketing
- Experience with an email marketing tool
- WordPress experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with basic HTML
- Intermediate proficiency with forms generation
- Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud required
- Preferred Qualifications:
- SEO-SEM Experience
- Google AdWords Certified
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with Email Analytics
- Intermediate proficiency with Photoshop/Dreamweaver
- Previous retail marketing a plus

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining effective business relationships with peers, senior management, customers, and vendors.
- Must have advanced knowledge with MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills is essential.
- Must be able to lead, support and contribute to team goals.
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
- Must be familiar with Health Department guidelines and regulations as they pertain to a grocery retail environment.
- Familiarity with Category Business Planning with an understanding of marketing and merchandising practices.
- Possesses the ability to read and interpret profit and loss statements and understand how the categories managed are affected.
