Role Accountabilities andResponsibilities

• Design and createproduct for craft, fashion activity kits and novelty products.
• Use Adobe Illustrator& Photoshop to execute designs.
• Participate in trendresearch and brainstorming for new product concepts.
• Collaborate withMarketing team and Design Team on all projects.
• Illustrate icons, characters,design color schemes and patterns for products and packaging.
• Create mockups forpresentations.
• Execute detailedproduction mechanicals for product and packaging.

Requirements

• S trong sense of product,illustration and technical design.
• Girl/ Tween ActivityKit product backgrounds a plus.
• Advanced knowledge ofAdobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, and In-design.
• Advanced knowledge inthe use of Mac systems.
• Ability to clearlypresent concepts to creative team to ensure marketing objectives are being met.
• Openness to acceptconstructive critique.
• Ability to work ontight deadlines and fast paced environment.
• High energy, strongwork ethic and driven.
• Strong verbalcommunication skills.
