About the Job

We are seeking a Post Supervisor to join our team on a contractual basis for a term of 6 months with a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week and up to 32 hours per week. Contract can be renewed or extended, with the potential to expand to a part-time or full-time position depending on how the role evolves.

In this role, you will lead the overall planning, scheduling, progress, status reporting, and follow-up of post-production projects to ensure project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, and resource requirements.

You are the liaison between all project stakeholders, namely the project leads, project team members including employees, vendors and freelancers, as well as clients, for the development and execution of media projects such as podcasts, episodics, audiobooks, animated explainer videos, etc. You provide ongoing support to the post-production team, ensuring seamless execution of plans to meet established deadlines and creative briefs. Post Supervisor will report to the Line Producer.

The ideal candidate is an expert project manager, who is proficient with logistics, and can easily keep track of multiple projects at once while fielding new requests. They are proactive and identify potential bottlenecks in the schedule.
