Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Experience with process and system modeling tools; Experience with value analysis and business strategy;
- Experience with ITSM implementations – Experience with Business Process Re-engineering; Proficient with Microsoft Office
- DHS experience
- ITIL Foundations (or higher) certification
- ITSM process creation experience
- ITSM tool experience
