About the job

We are searching the country for the best of the best when it comes to freelance production assistants. We are a Los Angeles-based commercial production company seeking a highly qualified & experienced team members around the country with prior commercial, documentary, and/or narrative production to partner with our digital production team. We always strive to make all operations seamless and ensure that everyone has a great experience both for you, the client, and the entire team. Here are a few major perks that we provide for all of our current freelancers.

We handle the entire client process, preproduction, production guidelines, and post production.
Your responsibility is only dedicated to the time on set.
We know what we want and always define it clearly for you; we have over 4,000 past video examples.
We work with your schedule; we want to make it easy to fill extra calendar days.
We work in volume! We shoot 150 videos per month so we have steady work in most of our markets.

What very basic details look like for our most common shoots outlined below. (much more detail is provided for an actual production such as: call sheet, guidelines, etc.)

Requirements:
Someone warm and personable, a strong communicator with enthusiasm for their craft.
Customer service is our utmost priority so it’s imperative that you’re patient with the clients.
Prior experience working on a production set.
Knows and understands the duties of the camera department team.
Prior grip or AC experience is a plus, not required.
