Video Editor

Job responsibilities:

1.search various kinds of materials and events related to international student’s life around New York city;

2.attend events designed for international students to create digital photography and video to the highest standards;

3.write storylines, scripts and prepare story boards for a documentary video shooting;

4.select and combine the most effective shots of each scene to form a logical and smoothly running story;

5.operate photo and film editing system, such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere;

6.cooperate with marketing team to product promotion and advertising videos for Hooli Homes;

7.edit images and real estate videos by adding various elements such as music/sounds, subtitles, voice-overs, creative titling for apartment renting or subleasing;

• upload films and videos to the company’s website and social media account.

Minimum Education Required:

Bachlor’s

Requirements:

1.Videography/editing experiences required

2.Real estate experiences preferred

3.Marketing experiences preferred

Skills:

Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere

Final Cut Pro X
