Video Production Manager

Bake More Pies- Tampa’s leading marketing, media, and content innovator- has a rare opening for a Video Production Manager. If you have mad Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects skills, a passion for video, an cinematographer’s eye, and keen organizational skills we should talk.

You’ll be creating all kinds of video- from live in-studio to on-location you’ll oversee our clients and our agency’s efforts into video’s latest frontier.

You’ll have

• Experience with Black Magic and Modern DSLR gear. Adobe After Effects Motion Graphics, DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premier experience

Responsibilities:

• Advise on all aspects of deal memos, proposals, budgets, schedules, production details and deliverables for video content across platforms in cooperation with video producers and Production Directors
• Maintain video operating budget for brand with Production Director including reviewing cost reports to forecast final costs for various internal productions
• Line produce internal shoots including, but not limited to negotiating and hiring crew, building budgets and schedules, managing the production shoot logistics with video coordinators.
• Manage and maintain master list of video projects to keep teams apprised of project status while in various stage of completion
• Manage vendor and freelancer contracts
• Supervise Production Assistants
• Collaborate with other Production Managers and Coordinators on maintaining process documentation and finding efficiencies
• Post-production management and familiarity with post workflows
