Overview

The Video Studio Production Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the 1A Auto how-to, marketing, and promotional video production. This candidate should have a strong aptitude and knowledge of video production, video editing, and digital marketing best practices.

General Responsibilities

Manage all production and editing functions including personnel, technology, budget, reporting and scheduling.

Lead a team of 5 – 10

Provide weekly reporting and analytics

Work cross functionally with branding, marketing and merchandising to achieve company goals

Responsible for all aspects of managing YouTube channel to include content creation, video production, video editing, monitoring, analyzing data, reporting and uploading videos

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in video/media, digital media, marketing or related field.

A minimum of 3 years of video production experience including producing, directing, shooting, lighting, editing, and sound recording.

Must be proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro (7). Experience with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop a preferred

Excellent analytical and organizational skills and ability to prioritize and to simultaneously handle multiple tasks

Proven ability to lead and mentor successful teams

Ability to use and understand MS Office programs

General understanding of online marketing

Experience with You Tube and other social media

Familiarity with online collaboration software like Trello, Asana a plus

Knowledge of auto parts and auto repair a plus
