Production / Post Production AssociateEmerging production company seeks a proactive, dynamic and critical thinker to fill the position of Production and Post-Production Associate. The associate will work full-time alongside the company’s co-founders and Office/Social Media Coordinator to ensure steady delivery of media materials and execution of full social media strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Editing of video materials.
• Design and production of company web pages/blogs.
• Assisting on film shoots, as necessary.
• General office and administrative duties.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• MUST be comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite — Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects
• Working knowledge of other video editing softwares (Avid, Final Cut).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in fields such as digital media production or film
• Must be creative and savvy with demonstrated knowledge and experience in digital space and an eagerness to learn and adapt to changing media landscape.
• Resourceful self-starter who is able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with website design/maintenance a major plus.
• Has a reliable means of transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
