The legendary WFAN AM/FM and the new radio home of the New
York Yankees, is looking for Sports Account Executives to represent and
sell the Spanish Language broadcast for the NEW YORK YANKEES Radio Network.
This position requires a hard working, self starting, and
aggressive sales oriented individual. You must understand and respect
brands and how they can be integrated. Applicants should have experience
at least one or more of the following: Sports Sponsorship Sales, Sports
or Hispanic Radio, New Business Development, Conceptual Selling, and/or Strategic/ Multi
Level Selling Skills.
The key to this position will be to prospect and develop
relationships with key Local and Regional decision makers, and CLOSE
BUSINESS.
Required Qualifications -Applicant must have at least one of the following skills with proven experience:
Sports Sponsorship Sales, Sports or News Radio, New Business Development,
Conceptual Selling, and/or Strategic/ Multi Level Selling Skills.
-Sports Industry sales
experience is preferred.
-Must be a sales -hunter-.
-Superior communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
-Excellent customer skills.
-Must have a valid drivers license.
-Bilingual or Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
