Marketing Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator assists the Directors of Marketing Production in the management and execution of assigned show marketing campaigns and non-show specific channel projects. In addition he/she assists the creative and production departments with a multitude of tasks including scheduling, budget and vendor management and database maintenance

Responsibilities
Project Management Assistance (per specific assigned show/project)
Help manage Episodic Production
Create, Maintain and Distribute asset tracker
Keep JobSuite updated
Create and update Marketing Campaign Asset Decks
Onboarding vendors with show deliverable specifics and assets and new vendors with network
process and delivery procedures
Tracking Budget
Production Schedules
Manage tagging process with producers/vendors
Social Assets Creation
Department Wide Duties
Book edit, audio and vo sessions for producers in and out of house on request and ensure billing is tracked properly.
Collect and track vendor invoices and ensure timely payment
Setup new domestic and international vendors with NBCU pay terms. Coordinate wire transfers, vendor change requests, and payments status requests from vendors
Oversee all financial accruals for quarter close by liaising between project managers, vendors and finance manager
