The GameSpot Live team is our in-house technical production team, responsible for all aspects of executing Live Stage Production, Live Streaming, and event coverage.
The Video Production Manager will be involved in all aspects of live video production, including maintaining schedules, budgets, contracts, and payments, as well as art, music, and video assets for marketing, and promotional plans. All of this while at the same time being comfortable with the technical aspects of multimedia production for online environments. You’ll have a passion for process, documenting and planning for production as well as a deep understanding the creative process.
Responsibilities:
Create and oversee daily/weekly/monthly live programming schedule
Work with contractors to ensure paperwork, time cards, and all required documents are submitted
Track production notes, used to build live production processes
Manage crew travel and scheduling
Manage equipment for the GameSpot Live team
Troubleshoot gear issues
Manage production calendar
Monitor pulse of what’s hot in online video
