Major Responsibilities:
– Maintain Production Checklist
– Build Production Tubs (e.g. Banners, Duet Graphics Drives, Mic Flags, Music Zip Disks, EVS Reels, Sales Element Reels, TD Element Reels, Tape Stock, X-Files, etc.)
– Assist with show deliverables (e.g. Billboards, Show Animations/Elements, including Onion for Show Open, Buttons/Stamps, Bugs To Break, Transitions, Replay Wipes, Team and Player Frontends, etc. & CBS Insert Graphics Package)
– Make certain all music, photos and video is cleared for air
– Ensure all HD production requirements and specs are met
– Maintain production paperwork (e.g. completion of Guest Release Forms, Music Cue Sheets, etc.)
– Work with Creative Services and Graphics Departments to build and deliver Animations and Graphics for shows (e.g. submit Graphics Request Form)
– Produce Graphics Builds and Edits under the supervision of Senior Edit Producer
– Work with Ad Sales Department, Creative Services/Graphics Department to ensure all sold sponsorship elements and graphics are included in shows
