Production:
Create and implement a production schedule to meet deadlines for a busy department that will produce
A weekly newspaper
A monthly glossy magazine
30+ supplemental publications
Collateral sales and marketing materials
Track ad materials
Design:
Work with editorial team and design several supplements
Oversee creative for monthly magazine and supplements
Create In-house ads and collateral materials
Review final publication before pre-press
Management:
Manage in-house designers
Recruit and manage freelance designers
Participate with corporate management team
