Job Overview

The role of the event staff is to set up event equipment providing excellent customer service to our clients at events.

Role: Event Staff

Setup and operation of audio/video and other event related equipment. Must be able to execute technical operations, while providing outstanding client services.

Responsibilities and Gear:

Provides the setup and operation of event related equipment:

Audio: Digital and analog mixers, wireless microphones, speakers

Video: Projectors and screens, Lighting: DMX operation of LED lighting, and standard tungsten based lights. Will set up uplighting, and Gobos.

Other: Staging, pipe & drape, occasionally creating/building visual props and signage

Helpful info

• Most of the events will take place in NH, with occasional needs for travel and overnight trips.
• Ability to operate company and rental vehicles required.
• Technical educational opportunities available to increase knowledge of equipment.
• Production team members may need to work on ladders/lifts.
• Schedule will include irregular hours including days, evenings, weekends.
• Technicians are required to maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements and Preferences

• High School Diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1 year of customer service/hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1-3 years of event tech experience preferred
• A valid driver license and reliable transportation is required.
