General Job Description:
ABC 57 News has an exciting opportunity for a young budding Journalist. We are looking for a Full-Time Video Editor. This is an entry-level position with ABC 57 News but we are looking for someone willing to grow with our company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for editing stories in our newscasts and possibly shooting some stories.
Consistent use of the following software programs: Grass Valley Edius and Avid iNews.
Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience with Grass Valley Edius and Avid iNews are a plus.
High School diploma and/or GED
Should have a keen eye for detail, be happy to work under pressure and to strict deadlines and be very flexible.
