Web Portal and Email Content Specialist – Entry Level

We are seeking a responsible, motivated, self-starter and team player to become part of our Online Services team. This individual will be responsible for PDF and image manipulation, batch processing and file renaming for our web application and email advertising products. For the right individual, this is a ground floor opportunity to become part of an exciting and fast growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Create PDFs and use Acrobat to crop and split into parts

Use Photoshop to run actions and convert PDFs to web ready images

Batch rename files to meet web software naming conventions

Use supplied art to create email campaigns (light InDesign work)

Coordinate with other team members to meet deadlines

Job Requirements:

Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, InDesign

Familiarity with action scripts/automation

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Pluses:

Adobe Illustrator

Web/Print design experieince

Web Page development using HTML/CSS

JavaScript experience
